Read More About Joy!
There are many things that we can focus on this time of year. Getting our work done in time to relax, gifts, debt, nervousness about family gatherings with “that relative.” There are errands to run, Christmas movies to watch, and recipes to dig out but why not meditate on Joy this week as walk through this sometimes wonderful, sometimes painful season.

Where to find joy

Day 2
Kingdom Definition
For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. (Romans 14:17)

Day 4
What to eat
Your words were found, and I ate them, and your words became to me a joy and the delight of my heart, for I am called by your name, O Lord, God of hosts. (Jeremiah 15:16)
Day 5
What does God rejoice over?
The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing. (Zephaniah 3:17)
Day 6
Where to find strength
10 Nehemiah said, “Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.” (Nehemiah 8:10)
